Freezone in Sharjah, UAE.
Our services in the UAE are limited to legal consultancy, legal advisory, contract drafting and review, legal strategy, dispute support, commercial advisory, corporate advisory, regulatory coordination, and related professional support services.
S&A Legal FZE does not hold itself out as a UAE advocates’ office or a law firm licensed to irectly conduct advocacy or representation before UAE courts or authorities where such representation is reserved for licensed UAE advocates and or licensed UAE law firm.
2. UAE Court and Advocacy Representation
S&A Legal FZE does not directly provide court advocacy, litigation representation, public prosecution representation, police representation, execution court representation, or any other regulated advocacy service in the UAE where such work is required to be performed by a licensed UAE advocate or licensed UAE law firm.
Where a matter requires UAE court filing, court appearance, public prosecution representation, police station representation, execution proceedings, arbitration representation requiring local advocacy rights, or any similar regulated legal representation, such work will be handled only through appropriately licensed UAE advocates, law firms, or other authorised professionals.
S&A Legal may, where appropriate, coordinate with, brief, support, liaise with, or work alongside such licensed UAE advocates or law firms, subject to the agreed scope of engagement with the client.
Any UAE litigation or advocacy-related engagement may therefore require a separate or additional engagement with a licensed UAE advocate or law firm.
