Experience: 2–5 Years
S&A Legal is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Legal Associate to join our growing practice. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s partners on a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, employment, real estate, and dispute resolution matters across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and client advisories.
- Advise clients on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
- Assist with company incorporations, restructuring, licensing, and compliance matters.
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, experts, and regulatory authorities.
- Attend client meetings and assist with ongoing client relationship management.
- Manage multiple matters while ensuring high standards of professional service.
Preferred Qualifications
LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
2–5 years of relevant legal experience.
Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- UAE legal experience is preferred.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.

S&A Legal is seeking a bilingual Arabic and English speaking Paralegal / Legal Executive to
support the firm’s day-to-day legal and regulatory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with government departments, free zones, courts, and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with local advocates, legal translators, notaries, and public authorities.
- Assist with preparation, filing, and management of legal documentation.
- Support company formation, licensing, visa, and regulatory compliance processes.
- Follow up with government authorities regarding ongoing applications and approvals.
- Maintain legal records, corporate documents, and matter files.
- Assist lawyers with client communications and administrative legal support.
- Arrange notarisation, attestation, legalisation, and document submission procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Familiarity with UAE government procedures and documentation requirements.
Prior experience in a law firm, consultancy, corporate services provider, or government
liaison role is preferred.
